Very Sad News

This morning, almost fourteen weeks into the pregnancy, we lost our baby.
It’s a beautiful boy with everything on it and in the right place, as far as we can tell. All finished, just very very tiny.
Right now we don’t know what to think or feel. We’re sort of lost.

All Boxed Up!

Well, I’m almost done. Other then some clothes and toiletries and of course my server :) , everything I own that is small enough, is in boxes, waiting to be moved.

I don’t know when I’ll have the opportunity to post Hit Test 79, which Adam is supposed to play late today or early tomorrow, so it could be online later than usual.

Packing!

In exactely one week the movers will come and move everything I own from Rotterdam to Rijswijk, so the moment I’ve been waiting for is finally here. The moment I start packing.
I have to get it done in about two days, ’cause that’s all the time I have.
Right now it’s a mess and there are boxes everywhere, but soon, everything will be moved to Rijswijk. When that happens, it will be an even bigger mess and even more boxes will be everywhere, but there will be a big difference: I will be living with the woman I love. Not in her house, not in my house, but in our house.
A new beginning.
After a couple of years of sorting through our combined stuff, the house should be tidy and neat. :) We’ll figure it out somehow. Although it’s gonna be a lot of work, it’s gonna be fun!!

Very Busy!

The last couple of weeks, we’ve been working very hard to get the new home ready for us to move into. It’s going slowly, but it’s going well. Fortunately we’re getting a lot of help.
Sunday July 8th is my birthday. That weekend we will be taking it easy.
I’ll be moving on July 24th. A lot still has to be done before that date.
It’s gonna be a great home and I can’t wait to start packing.
